How can I cancel my order?

  • Cancellation of an order can be requested at any time before dispatch of the order

  • Kindly contact our Customer Service Representative by email support@obevahealth.com or by phone on +91 8837574347 should you wish to exercise your right to cancel

  • The refund will be processed to your original source of payment, which will take 5-7 days after the refund is initiated.

How will I know about the status of cancellation/refund?

  • You will receive a communication on Email/SMS when cancellation is successful

  • You will receive a communication on Email/SMS when the refund reference ID has been shared by our payment partner. Refunds should typically hit your original source of payment 5-7 days post that.

Can I return my order?

  • Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns

  • But in the following rare and unfortunate scenarios, we will be more than happy to send across a replacement, if the request for replacement has been raised within 7 days of delivery of order:

    • Wrong products delivered

    • Missing products in the order

    • Damaged products delivered

    • Expired products delivered

  • Our customer executives might ask for additional information before processing the request.

  • Once a replacement request is processed, a new order ID is generated, which is visible in the order history page.
