Cancellation of an order can be requested at any time before dispatch of the order

The refund will be processed to your original source of payment, which will take 5-7 days after the refund is initiated.
You will receive a communication on Email/SMS when cancellation is successful
You will receive a communication on Email/SMS when the refund reference ID has been shared by our payment partner. Refunds should typically hit your original source of payment 5-7 days post that.
Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns
But in the following rare and unfortunate scenarios, we will be more than happy to send across a replacement, if the request for replacement has been raised within 7 days of delivery of order:
Wrong products delivered
Missing products in the order
Damaged products delivered
Expired products delivered

Once a replacement request is processed, a new order ID is generated, which is visible in the order history page.
